We are honored and excited to have Keith Foster head up the 2010 renovation of the River Bend golf course. Foster, a nationally acclaimed golf course architect, has built a strong reputation based on his sculpted course designs and artful renovations. A lifelong golfer, Foster explains the inspiration for his career, "Taking up the game at fifteen, I loved everything about it. Demanding both skill and discipline, I relished the challenge the game offered. In those youthful years, all I wanted was to play the game well."
Since opening his own design firm in 1991, Foster has applied his passion for the game and talent for design to creating world renowned golf courses across the country. Foster has been nationally recognized for his original designs, such as the DarkHorse Golf Club in Auburn, CA, which was listed in the "Top 10 You Can Play in the U.S." by Golf Magazine, as well as his renovations, such as the Balitmore Country Club at Five Farms, which will host the Champions Tour Championship annually until 2011. In addition, Foster has won countless awards for the many other courses in his portfolio.
