Class Schedules

River Bend offers a variety of different types of fun group fitness and aerobics classes that will accommodate all different levels of fitness, from the beginner to the fitness enthusiast! Popular formats including Zumba, Boot Camp, Cross Training, Yoga, Mat Pilates, Core and More, Butts and Guts, Firm and Flexy, Senior Fitness, and stretching classes will be offered. You do not need to register for classes, however, there will be a small fee to attend any of the classes.

Fitness Center Hours of Operation

Mon through Fri: 6:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
